01 · Create an item
In the admin area you add a bag, bike or device, pick an icon and generate the QR code. Status starts as Active.

From QR code to return
FOUND is deliberately simple: you mark what matters. Whoever finds it needs no app – only a camera.
02 · Attach the code
Print the code as a sticker, card or a narrow strip for a suitcase handle. Visible but discreet – the finder must be able to see it.
03 · Scan & report
After the scan the finder enters name, place found and contact details, and you then receive an email.
Status you can track
- Active – the code is in use.
- Lost – you know something is missing.
- QR scanned – someone opened the code.
- Notified – a found report has arrived.
- Deactivated – the code no longer accepts found reports.
You can change the status at any time in the admin menu.
